The Right To Read Educator Mentoring Program supports educators through monthly professional development and training, collaborative support and intervention resources for a small monthly investment. 

Educators at every level - elementary-high school; private practice or school-based; classroom or small group instruction - will benefit from membership in our mentoring program. Let us help support you without the stress of figuring out how to reach your struggling readers!

ABOUT THE Mentor 

Tenesha Jedkins Smith is a licensed dyslexia therapist, certified academic language therapist (CALT) and reading specialist with 16+ years of teaching experience. She has worked in elementary classrooms as a lead teacher in addition to providing small group and individual reading intervention in a school setting and private practice. As the founder and executive director of Right To Read, Tenesha is passionate about serving the community by providing individualized reading instruction to at-risk students and is excited to support educators in their journey of taking their students and instruction that will lead to literacy and life success.
